Drivers who operate Bendis are driving more comfortable vehicles which are easier to use, and they can do their jobs faster. One of the main hurdles for drivers to get over when learning to drive other forms of forklift is how different it is from a car. Training is faster and easier with a Bendi than other forklifts because it’s so similar in operation to a car.Bendis has unrestricted viewing at the side, meaning less chance of damage to the load or truck through lack of good vision.Bendis doesn’t damage racking at all, saving yet more money. Other trucks can sometimes damage racking with the way they move, swinging out and causing a hazard, so companies need to spend money replacing racking or arranging it in such a way as it causes fewer problems. It’s estimated that this increases productivity by up to 15%. This further cuts down the time they need to position a load on a shelf. In addition to being faster overall, Bendi trucks are legally allowed to lift their load as they move – something not allowed in reach trucks.Time is money, so it all adds up to one cost effective saving. ![]()

![]() The original Lightline fly lines were two tone in brown/ivory colors, while the new Premier series are moss/ivory colors. I'll tell you a little secret, the line works great on faster action graphite rods too.I was surprised about that. The weight distribution and short front taper ensures the line loads at close range, making it ideal for fishing on smaller creeks and streams, while the softer, supple coating ensures the line remains relaxed and easy to handle in the majority of conditions. This LL line is a true AFTA standard for a given line weight. The line is built to match the industry line standards which is rare these days.the trend toward fast action rods have required line manufacturers to make heavier lines to load those stiffer rods more easily. The line is designed to load rods with a slower, more traditional action, such as bamboo, glass and the more “Classic” flexing graphite rods. That was several years ago and I've since been slowly upgrading my small stream reels with this line. I really liked the line's performance on that rod and soon discovered it worked just as well on my graphite rods. I discovered the line when I bought a new Tibor Spring Creek reel and had the fly shop load it with the LL line for my Winston Glass Retro rod. Why? It pairs so well with my classic fly rods for small stream fishing. 4 heavy and Perception is heavier but not up to full oversize Grand. This is where Gold shines (a pun) Gold has not only a longer head but has an attenuated rear taper as well which promotes loop stability and mending acumen. RIO’s LightLine has, over the years, become my fly line of choice. This makes it a good line for streamers or weighted nymphs, less ideal for dry fly work. ![]() ![]() 2, 1966): “His gift is to bring out the scholiast-or the graffitist-in the reader.” A scholiast was an early commentator who made marginal annotations in ancient literature. ![]() The earliest OED example for “graffitist” is from the New Statesman (Dec. The dictionaries say the singular “graffito” is usually limited to archeological or other technical writing. Most of the standard dictionaries we use say the noun “graffiti” can now be either singular or plural, but it’s usually a singular mass noun. The verb showed up in print a few decades ago, according to citations in the Oxford English Dictionary, an etymological dictionary based on historical evidence. Merriam-Webster, for example, defines the noun as “usually unauthorized writing or drawing on a public surface” and the verb as “to draw graffiti on” or “to deface with graffiti.” Five of the ten standard dictionaries we regularly consult ( Cambridge, Collins, Lexico, Merriam-Webster, and Merriam-Webster Unabridged) recognize “graffiti” as both a verb and a noun. ![]() Q: Is it becoming acceptable to use “graffiti” as a verb? Lewis Wolpert, pioneering developmental biologist in the field, has been credited for noting that "It is not birth, marriage, or death, but gastrulation which is truly the most important time in your life." The terms "gastrula" and "gastrulation" were coined by Ernst Haeckel, in his 1872 work "Biology of Calcareous Sponges". Īlthough gastrulation patterns exhibit enormous variation throughout the animal kingdom, they are unified by the five basic types of cell movements that occur during gastrulation: įollowing gastrulation, cells in the body are either organized into sheets of connected cells (as in epithelia), or as a mesh of isolated cells, such as mesenchyme. In vertebrates, mesoderm derivatives include the notochord, the heart, blood and blood vessels, the cartilage of the ribs and vertebrae, and the dermis. The mesoderm gives rise to many cell types such as muscle, bone, and connective tissue. The endoderm gives rise to the epithelium of the digestive system and respiratory system, and organs associated with the digestive system, such as the liver and pancreas. The ectoderm gives rise to epidermis, the nervous system, and to the neural crest in vertebrates. Each layer gives rise to specific tissues and organs in the developing embryo. Gastrulation is followed by organogenesis, when individual organs develop within the newly formed germ layers. Gastrulation takes place after cleavage and the formation of the blastula, or blastocyst. Sponges do not go through the gastrula stage, which is why they are basal among all animals. The two layers are also sometimes referred to as the hypoblast and epiblast. In diploblastic organisms, such as Cnidaria and Ctenophora, the gastrula has only ectoderm and endoderm. These three germ layers are the ectoderm (outer layer), mesoderm (middle layer), and endoderm (inner layer). In triploblastic organisms, the gastrula is trilaminar (three-layered). dorsal-ventral, anterior-posterior), and internalized one or more cell types including the prospective gut. Before gastrulation, the embryo is a continuous epithelial sheet of cells by the end of gastrulation, the embryo has begun differentiation to establish distinct cell lineages, set up the basic axes of the body (e.g. To further plump the depression and stimulate additional collagen production, a small amount of volumizer filler, such as Radiesse or Radiesse combined with Perlane L may be injected immediately following subcision treatment or between treatment sessions.Gastrulation is the stage in the early embryonic development of most animals, during which the blastula (a single-layered hollow sphere of cells), or in mammals the blastocyst is reorganized into a multilayered structure known as the gastrula. Since, the collagen produced is one's own, the results of subcision are typically permanent. Between two to four treatments, spaced at six week intervals, are generally required to promote sufficient new collagen to achieve a satisfactory improvement. In addition, the tissue fluid that immediately fills the space following treatment contains growth factors and other wound healing substances that promote neocollagenesis, native collagen production, that allows for improvement and elevation of the scars. First, it allows the surface of the scar to float to the surface. On a small, linear scar, such as this, treatment would likely take no more than a couple of minutes.Breaking up the abnormal bands of thickened, scar collagen accomplishes two things. Subcision is a procedure in which a sterilized needle is inserted, following the administration of local anesthesia, directly beneath a depressed scar (regardless of whether from acne, infection, trauma, or surgery) and used to break up the thick bands of fibrous scar tissue that bind down the surface and create the depression. Consultation with a board certified dermatologist is highly recommended. Once more serious medical conditions have been ruled out, subcision might be considered for treating the indentation. For over twenty years, subcision has proven an easy and effective method for permanently elevating depressed scars of various types. However, if there is no prior history of trauma, infection or inflammatory process, the underlying cause must be determined and addressed before embarking on any aesthetic treatments. If this represents an indented or depressed scar subsequent to trauma to the area, then subcision with or without the addition of a volumizing filler would be an easy and viable option for treating the condition. The photo suggests the presence of one forehead indentation. ![]() ![]() *For iPod touch and iPad users, a Wi-Fi environment will be necessary to purchase additional chapters.ĭefend the innocent and save the day! Her judgment is said to come in the form of personal sickness, disease, or physical affliction of some sort. She clearly knew what was at issue and chose voluntarily to remain in her sin. Whatever the case, the culpability of the false prophetess is evident. There may have been a definite time in the past when through some means, whether a prophetic word or direct encounter or perhaps through John, he issued this woman a warning, no doubt repeatedly. (5) Jezebel obviously presumed on God’s grace and interpreted his longsuffering as approval or endorsement of her sinful ways, or at least his indifference toward her chosen paths. These would have formed a distinct group within the church, and the church as a whole was content for them to remain. 22 indicates that a number in the community did so. But the subsequent mention of her “lovers” and children in v. When it is said, “you tolerate that woman Jezebel,” the implication is that the church in general did not accept her teaching nor adopt her lifestyle. The complaint of the Lord lies in the unhealthy degree of toleration granted this woman. But what did she advocate that led to her being labeled with this horrid name? It’s likely she had exploited the commercial prosperity of Thyatira to justify and subsidize her immorality and that of her followers. She may even have been the leader or hostess of a house-church in the city. (4) Although the first Jezebel had been dead for over 1,000 years, her spirit had, as it were, found new life in this woman of Thyatira. This isn’t to say she didn’t have a supernatural power, but the latter need not always be from God (see Matt. Some contend she was a born-again believer who had simply gone astray, but I suggest that her behavior and beliefs are an indication that whatever claims she made to being saved and prophetically gifted were spurious. I can’t imagine Jesus using this language if her prophetic gift was of the Holy Spirit. (3) Note also that she “calls herself a prophetess” (v. “When they came back and told him, he said, ‘This is the word of the Lord, which he spoke by his servant Elijah the Tishbite, “In the territory of Jezreel the dogs shall eat the flesh of Jezebel, and the corpse of Jezebel shall be as dung on the face of the field in the territory of Jezreel, so that no one can say, This is Jezebel.”’” According to 2 Kings 9:36-37, dogs had eaten her flesh, in fulfillment of a prophetic word from Elijah: ![]() When an attempt was made to recover her body for burial, it was discovered that the only thing left was her skull, her feet, and the palms of her hands. Her death came as a result of being thrown from a window where she was then trampled by a horse. She sought the death of all the prophets of Israel (1 Kings 18:4 2 Kings 9) and even came close to killing Elijah (1 Kings 19:1-3). Jezebel was responsible for the killing of Naboth and confiscation of his vineyard for her husband (1 Kings 21:1-6). Largely because of her influence in seeking to combine the worship of Yahweh with the worship of Baal, it is said of her husband that he “did more to provoke the Lord God of Israel to anger than all the kings of Israel that were before him” (1 Kings 16:33). (2) According to 1 Kings 16:31, Jezebel was the daughter of Ethbaal, king of the Sidonians, who married Ahab, king of Israel. Thus, what is meant is that this disreputable, so-called “prophetess” was as wicked and dangerous an influence in Thyatira as ‘Jezebel’ had been to Israel in the OT. The name “Jezebel” had, in fact, become proverbial for wickedness. ![]() She was a real person, but the name “Jezebel” is probably symbolic (it’s hard to imagine anyone deliberately naming their daughter “Jezebel”!). Here are ten things we should all be aware of with regard to the so-called “Jezebel spirit.” And all the churches will know that I am he who searches mind and heart, and I will give to each of you as your works deserve” (Rev.
